🫀Good morning Dear Heart🫀 How are you doing?

🫀 I am still sleepy.. glad I wrote the following last night!

🫀Yesterday was all about that liver and gallbladder flush which I started the night before. I took pictures and include them today in a collage.

🫀 I do not believe that gallstones are my problem. “Stones” refer to the hardened, pebble-like structures. I only came up with a couple sand sized stones. I need to confirm w Doc, but I think that means I pretty ok in that department.. I did spend the rest of the day being quite lazy!

🫀 Did you know that if you can imagine a product, you can find it online? I wanted a better solution for my car charger. My four foot cable was… messy! So I got a four foot coiled cord. Wish I had thought to order a retractable!!

🫀 I was delighted to find Pon had posted a pic of her & Danny on Facebook! And I have a pic about whales and a collage re emoji’s floating across the screen.

🫀 That’s it for today, except to comment that I wanted an emoji of a liver or kidney. But heart and lungs were the only organs I could find!! Anyhow…
