🏀 Good day, Dear Heart 💜 How are you today?


🏀 I am much rested and loving that my daughter’s family has graced me with time to recover from my cruise! I dozed on the couch all last evening, went to bed at 11, woke at 3 & 7 and 10!! I’m grateful to stay home today…


🏀Collages today focus on my Alaskan family activities & miscellaneous more.


🏀 Yesterday we attended E’s Valley Youth Basketball tournament. And I got a pic of her with her gymnastics awards from last weekend! Sister E was there to help celebrate!


🏀 My P has dropped 60 + lbs since last summer. She is making it super easy for me to follow her path!


🏀 I found an article on brain health. Factors include not enuf socialization, insufficient sleep, and chronic stress. Additionally, limiting unhealthy foods like red meat, processed foods, and sugary drinks is important for brain health. 


🏀 To boost your "good" cholesterol (HDL), focus on including foods rich in healthy fats, fiber, and antioxidants. Good sources include olive oil, avocados, nuts, fatty fish (like salmon), whole grains& legumes…. bananas, apples, berries, grapes and pineapple also contribute to cholesterol management through their fiber and antioxidant content.
