Hot Pot Dinner

🥢 Good morning, Love 💗 How are you?

🥢 I am ok. Got a few solid sleep hours.

🥢 Yesterday was another mild adventure. Joined Sis V at Sis P’s… Was given the grace to doze away most of our four hours!

🥢 From there I went with V to her eye exam. Tho her eyes are otherwise healthy, doc thinks it’s time to get her cataract surgery. (They have reached the point that insurance will pay.) I was so impressed with the team, I made an appointment for today!!

🥢 We were home just a little while when the framily decided to eat out! The food at the Hot Pot Restaurant (AYCE=All You Can Eat) is Chinese cuisine. Hot pot, or "huo gun" in Chinese, is a popular cooking method where raw ingredients are cooked in a simmering broth at the table. I ordered 🦪raw oysters🦪 so Sis V could try them for the first time. We each ate one raw & cooked the rest!
