🩸 Hello, My Dear… how r u?

🩸 I am well rested. ‘Slept’ from

10 last nite to 11 this morning! So far I’ve managed breakfast with L,  washed and dried a load of my clothes and played some more with my phone! The day seems to be going away really fast!!

🩸 Yesterday, I did an hour in the pool. Then home for lunch and went to the Blood Donation Center. My numbers were OK. My iron was really good! While donating blood, I forgot to squeeze the ball and the blood stopped moving.

So she gave me a hot compress, my fingers and my hands were so cold! It felt wonderful and it warmed my blood - that made it move!

🩸 Home again to make the zucchini boat dish. It tasted pretty good.

🩸Found myself dozing on the couch as I watched TV with family. So called it an early night!
