š„ Good 'morning' Dear Heart š How are you this chilly day?
š„ This morning I was with Sis B, in the hospital, waiting for her endoscopy and colonoscopy to be done. Among other things, this process is to eliminate cancer before accepting a Parkinson's diagnosis.
š„ Both of us are very short on sleep. I napped about 3 hours yesterday and expect I will do so again this afternoon when we get home. (Oops, had coffee w breakfast)
š„ Update: everything looks good... no cancer, no blockages, etc. Doc took several biopsy samples to test for micro possiblies. Good news! Glad I was here with Bš
š£ To back up a couple days: On my way to OKC on Tuesday I visited the granddaddy of the Bass Pro Shops in Springfield Missouri. This first store (of nearly 200) was opened in 1972 (the year I graduated from high school). I had no idea how big the Bass Pro center is: the huge store with 5? museums, the conservation center, an aquarium, catalog store, even a package pick up site!!
š£ My Bro donated our Dad's rifle to their NRA museum. It is a Standard Arms Model M, .30 cal. Remington slide-action rifle, ca. 1910. There are very few of them around. They said artwork on his rifle is unusual.
š„ Yesterday was full, we got some steps while we did some shopping. I took a nice long nap and tended to Sis as she drank the gallon of pre-colonoscopy medicine, 1/2 at five and 1/2 at 10:30 pm. I snagged 3 hours of sleep before early this morning out the door!
š„ Today's collages are about Bass Pro and and Dad's rifle, one is of Sis Karen and a couple sunsets. Hope you enjoyš
š„ I thank you for your continued prayers for the health of our family members, and for others who hurt in so many ways. And now to send this off!
š„ I hope we all get goodš“sleepš“ tonight. šÆTiger, š¦Pon, š§øĆri, š¢Buddy, šConnie, šMissy, šā⬠Hissy and š I send lovesš«¶ and š¤
