Bro Ray's 80 th Bda party

👣 Good morning 🌞 How's my love 😍 today?

👣 I am frustrated with poor sleep and nightmares. Probably from too much sugar at bedtime Cupcake cakes are challenging for me.. all that extra icing just waiting to be eaten😢 Oh, well, it's a new day!

👣 Yesterday's energy level was better, partly due to my decision to skip my Northern tour. And I googled being so tired. It can take a week or more for me (as an elder) to recover from my trip... with that info under my belt, I easily conceded to a nap at noon yesterday and at 9:00 this am.

👣 Got it together just in time to visit with Melinda & Sherri for a bit before I went to a health food store. Got 1300 steps. That's the most since I got off the plane last Thursday! I found Kyolic and dark chocolate👏

👣 Came home and helped Sis V and her dau Sherri pull off a surprise birthday party for Bro Ray! His 80th birthday is Oct 31. He & G were in Omaha for two Patriot Guard Rider's funerals and agreed to stop in for an early dinner, provided they could get on the road to Lincoln before dark.. party and timing worked great. Collages tell the story and will come in two batches..

👣 And it's time to 'send'... I thank you for your continued prayers for the health of our family members, and for others who hurt in so many ways.
