F1 The Movie

Friday 6/27/25

🎂 And good morning to you, my dear. Hope your day is coming along well.

🎂 I am good after another eight hours down, broken though it was and now I’m gonna write my report cause I got to home too late to do it last night!

🎂 Yesterday was an active one. Dropped a letter to a friend in the post office mailbox. Had time for a very quick visit with Harold. Then on to Chugiak to drop the devils club roots with N’s mom. Had a nice visit with S and her puppy.

🎂 On into Anchorage to pick up the red mulch for the flower bed. And then a visit to the Natural pantry where I found some intriguing organic munchies.

🎂 From there to the highlight of the day, dinner at the Bear Paw Bar and Grill with my longtime friend C and our "motorsports family." Some of whom we actually raced with back in the 70s! Ms. C has been our historian every since she and her parents joined us when she was just a teenybopper!

🎂 Then on to the Century theater where we saw the first showing of F1 The Movie, starring Brad Pitt. If you are a racing fan I highly recommend it👏👏👏 In fact, if you go looking, you can see a bunch of YouTube videos about this Apple production.

🎂 And that’s it! Time to ‘send’
