Great new knee brace

Thursday 8/21/25

⏳ Good morning, my time warping love. It is just one more month till I leave this beautiful State of Alaska!! I’m praying for lotza gardening weather!!

⏳ I was freaking out about how much I want to get done and how fast time is flying. So much left to do!

⏳ And then this came in from my sister: Urgent Prayer Request. A co-workers daughter recently married a man she has not known for long. He has now resigned her job for her, locked everyone out from contacting her and she has disappeared. Last seen in Kansas. He has a warrant for assault in FL. Please pray for safety for Brittany Gamarra-Lopez. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

⏳ My problems now seem pretty small🙏🏻 🙏🏻

⏳ Yesterday was good. Got my homework done. Went to the Senior Center and worked with both Tai Chi and Qigong videos. They are so similar, I asked Google what the differences were. Essentially Tai Chi is a martial arts program whereas Qigong has more about health and healing techniques.

⏳ I went to Advanced Dental and got an appointment. With my consultation, I will get a complete evaluation of my mouth health and a good grip on what might be next for me.

⏳ Back home I was delighted that my new knee brace had arrived. I immediately put it on and wore it out to my landscaping job. Very happy with how the brace worked. And my garden pants have a hole in the knee.. Glad I have a second brace to keep clean!!

⏳ I’m coming along on the landscaping too. One more session on that side of the house and I’ll have all of the weeds out. Not sure what we’ll do there next. Please pray for some good weather these next weeks.

⏳ My collages include what I think is the most effective ash tray ever and the unique chews the dogs here get to enjoy!
