🇺🇸 Happy Fourth of July, My Free Love🇺🇸 I hope you are able to spend a moment in appreciation of the intentions of our Founding Farhers🇺🇸

🇺🇸 And Happy Heavenly Birthday, Mom. It’s been 25 years.. Sure wish we could have a good old fashioned ‘chew the fat’ session!

🇺🇸 Today I will attend the Wasilla Fourth Parade. Granddaughter E will be with her Denali Gymnastics Troop, performing as she goes🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️

🇺🇸 Now yesterday, that was one heavyweight emotional day! The news of my niece passing, my granddaughter hit deer 🦌, her Dad has blockages in both his legs, etc, etc…Please keep your prayers coming!

🇺🇸 Hitched a ride to the Gym w P. Took her car for a good introduction meet with my Indian Health Nutritionist.. She’s a sweet young thing and has some good info… and limited time slotted… going back next week🤗

🇺🇸 Next a quick stop at Walmart, picked up an ergonomic chair from Hadold and met up with P in time to head home.

🇺🇸 Next 1.5 hour in the pool at The Alaska Club, followed by an hour with the Lumpy Ladies. Low key movement most of the time with a little treading.

🇺🇸 And that’s my day… need to get this out and ready for the door!
