Good morning☀️🌞🌅 How are you doing?

🌅 I am more awake than yesterday. Tho I might take another caffeine pill today!

🌅 And I call yesterday a huge success! No pool time but I have a beautiful sign honoring Ross on the back window of my Blue Angel 😇 Now she has everything she needs to travel in style! AKNONI on her license plate, a special sticker that says “limited’ makes her better than a sports car! She had her first car wash and even has her own vacuum cleaner! Now I gotta get ME ready!!

🌅 My visit to chiropractor was mixed bag. I managed to get an address for him to submit the medical bill to my insurance. We still don’t know if they’re gonna coverer me as uninsured. Still waiting for the police report!!

🌅 I asked Dr. Lubitz why my back keeps going out - he said “stress”! I know I can’t do life without stress so I guess I gotta find a better way to handle it… suggestions???

🌅 He also said that I need to spend more time stretching my leg muscles. So maybe set myself an alarm every hour to do some exercises?!!

🌅 Please pray for my friend who just made the incredibly difficult decision to place her husband in a home that cares for dementia patients. And prayers for anther who lives alone and was just diagnosed with Parkinson’s. I can only imagine their emotional pain🥺🙏🏻😥 I copied some research on the two diseases.

🌅 Also, prayers for those affected by that 7.7 earthquake in Myanmar. It reached Thailand. My Danny said they are ok🙏🏻🙏🏻

🌅 Other collages today are mostly about the car, but there’s a birthday memory for Becca and a post from Bobbie that says to teach your kids everything you know, early in life. And hope for children who’ve had a rough start in life.
