Palm tree stump!

Good morning🌞 good morning🌞How are you today?

🌞 I am still sleepy,  but gotta move into my day!  I need either a caffine pill or a cuppa Joe ☕️

🌞 Made it to the pool yesterday with Dorothy for a full hour of aqua fitness and then another half hour I did 15 minutes of trading water.. progress!! Also walked in Walmart for a while got 3700 steps 👣

🌞 I went to see my chiropractor. This time he adjusted my foot, my leg and my thigh and whatever else he found.  I’ll go back next Tuesday. See where we’re at..

🌞 I tried again to reach my insurance adjuster. Sis, who works in customer service, said “you are in her ‘q’… be patient!! Oh, ok… 😓 As my Ross would say “Onward!”

🌞 Not much in clips today. I did pull over to take pictures of a palm tree stump on the sidewalk. Maybe you know what that  is all about?!?!

🌞 Anyhow that’s it for today.
