❤️‍🩹 Good Morning, my love 😍 How are you?

❤️‍🩹 I am good. “Slept” from 1:00-9:00.. works ok on quiet mornings. Still need work on my evening routine!

❤️‍🩹 Yesterday was a quick trip out the door to see Dr. Hediger. He did some work on some pressure points in my calf and my shoulders and said that we were getting down to the old stuff. I’m not sure whether he means two years ago with my painful mountain climb or 10 years ago when I hurt my shoulder from doing too much yoga down dog the wrong way. Either way we’re getting me better!

❤️‍🩹 Since it was too wet to do any gardening, next I went to visit my Scott Road neighbor C.  We spent four hours catching up on old times and current times. Her daughter, A and Granddaughter C popped in for a short time.

❤️‍🩹 On the way home I stopped to pick up sushi for M’s birthday dinner and a lemon meringue pie. I enjoyed the sushi and passed on the pie… YEAAAA👏👏👏

❤️‍🩹 Main collage today is in memory of Bobby‘s loved ones and K’s children and family. Please keep the prayers coming.
