🥦 Good morning, love how are you doing?

🥦 I am good… fair night’s sleep..

weighed in at 173.1… salty Chinese for dinner last night, plus not enuf water.. time to get back on the wagon😳

🥦 Yesterday was a good one - slept in. Got my report work done and then joined P and the girls for open swim. The shallow end was so loaded I spent well over an hour mostly treading in the deep end.

🥦 Anyhow, from there, we went shopping at Walmart and then had dinner at Zushi.. 🍱 my Broccoli Beef was delicious and had way more beef then broccoli!

🥦 Granddaughter B waited for us to get home so she could show off her fabulous deal on a Lincoln MKX.. its sure a beauty!!

🥦 Not much more to report.. Collages from Facebook include some Alaskana, cloves in baby oil, some cats, my nephews Bobby and E and a salute to Vietnam veterans. Thank you for your service🇺🇸🙏🏻🇺🇸
