🥋 Good morning my Dear Heart 💜

How is your Sunday?

🥋I am ok… got some fair sleep last night after closing my bedroom door on the cat’s meows for more attention!!

🥋 Yesterday was a mix. I got lost in a rabbit hole of some sort. As you know, I wrote a short message and worked with some financial stuff. Then I played with the Zen Swing and 9 pillars.

🥋 It was 4 o’clock by the time I plugged up the rabbit holes. I did 15 minutes of DanceBit to pump my heart and nine minutes of Tai Chi to calm it down! Gotta talk w Google to help me get volume in those programs🤷‍♀️

🥋 Highlight of the day(week!) was attending the play “Seven Brides for Seven Brithers”, courtesy of P & M. I had to chuckle, as I had decided the show called for my flannel shirt! Sure enuf, they were selling cowboy hays, bandanas and cowboy cookies! I fit right in🤣

🥋 Collages are: about the Zen swing and 9 pillars. I included the site name, it was a pretty good read! Same for “I thought it was normal”, included the facebook page. They consistently have good true stories.
