🩱Good afternoon!! Welcome to February!!!  Do you find that time flies faster and faster??? If not , I am sorry. Wish my magic wand was working, I would speed time up for you!!

🩱 Anyhow, I am taking my time today, my day of inactivity!  Been awake for hours… I love that I don’t ’have’ to go anywhere!

🩱 Yesterday started a bit slow for both D and me. Since there was no 10:00 class , we decided to free style from 11-12.  Had a good workout and a wonderful new experience!   I went to tread water and realized that for the first time I did not panic when I got  to that first floating step!! Wow! I wasn’t sure I would ever see that day!!

🩱 Next I went home and baked a batch of fish in a white sauce.  Of course I started with sauteeed garlic & onions.  Turned out pretty good, if I do say so myself!

🩱This is the 100th anniversary of the Nome Serum Run. It is commemorated by the Ididarod dog sled race..

🩱Have you ever had a Spam cookie?  I have not. Patriotic Kenny sure was excited 😆
