We have a new Pope!

Friday 5/9/25

✈️ Good morning from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada! You would love it here!

✈️ I am so glad we decided to arrive a couple days before the ship leaves for our cruise.

✈️ Yesterday Sis Vera delivered me to the airport in plenty of time. I made my way to checkin and through security with ease. My flight to Denver was a snap.

✈️ We arrived 20 minutes early. No surprise that our wheelchairs weren’t there yet. I made a desperate ’walk’ to the bathroom and got back still waiting. In the end, we were fine.

✈️ I had my first window seat in a long time - over a wing! I enjoyed the movie “Conclave” w  captions only… not willing to ask if they had headphones🥹 It was timely to have that movie first up when our next Pope was being selected!

✈️ Anyhow, it was a smooth flight, processing through immigration (and customs?) was rather easy. Princess Cruise reps were easy to find, as was my taxi to the hotel. And Sharon was waiting in the lobby for me🥰

✈️ It was 4:00 ish by the time we got settled in our room. I was exhausted! The only reasons we went out was to get water and to get help for Sharon’s internet.

✈️ We both slept quite well, and will do some touring and hot tubbing later… Hope you enjoy my clips. I included a collage of Sharon’s cool lightening pics!
