Äri took FOUR steps!!

🦷 Good Morning, my dear, are your chompers working well today??

🦷 Mine are!! Remember I threw my partial dentures in the trash? Well I made an appointment and they said if I could get those dentures back, they would take a look at them. At the very least find out why they don’t work so they can do better next time.

🦷 By the grace of God, I was able to get them back and today was flat amazing! My new dentist, Dr. Lowrie from Advanced Family Dentistry fixed my dentures! They were not striking correctly so he ground them down till they fit. We had a hotspot and he fixed that!! I wore them the rest of day with minimal pain.

🦷 The x-ray showed that every single one of my 12 teeth have cavities. One of them might not survive the attempt to fix it. Most likely those cavities are a result of my not using any kind of toothpaste. He suggested fluoride is absolutely essential. So I got some and I’ll do better.

🦷 I asked Dr. Lowrie about the future for my teeth. He said I might be able to keep them for couple of years. It will cost me about $3500 to pull all my teeth and put my new ones in right away (they call it one and done). They do it in their office!!

🦷 That price is good for one year and I’d trust Dr Lowrie to take good care of me and provide a good set of dentures. Maybe I will go for it next summer. If you need a dentist, they are preferred providers for lots of insurance groups.

🦷 Anyhow, from there I did some shopping and went to Lumpy Ladies. And then went to settle in my new temporary home!

🦷 Yea, I just took on a house sitting job. So my life will vary to some degree from my normal routine. Please bear with me. For the sake of my home owner’s security, I will not name them. Enough said 🤐

🦷 And Danny called to tell me that my Äri took FOUR steps today👏 It was fun to listen to her chatter. Some words were real, like ‘Mom’☺️
